Refund policy

At Green Sarzameen, customer satisfaction is our priority. Due to the nature of our products (especially live plants), our return and refund policy is designed to ensure fairness for both our customers and our business.

Returns

  • Returns are only accepted for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
  • Customers must notify us within 24–48 hours of delivery.
  • Clear photos/videos of the issue must be shared for verification.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Live plants (due to environmental sensitivity after delivery)
  • Used gardening tools or opened products
  • Customized or installed items (e.g., drip irrigation setups)

Refunds

  • Once the issue is verified, we may offer:
    • Replacement of the item, or
    • Store credit, or
    • Refund (in applicable cases)
  • Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 5–7 working days.

Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.
  • Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
